Hello World – your first Android Program
Generally when any programming language is learnt, the first program created is Hello World.

Step 1:Install JDK and Android Studio

Step 2:Open Android Studio
Open Android Studio, you should be greeted with the following screen.
Now, click on Start a new Android Studio Project.
Step 3: Name your Application
Now the Application Name specifies the name of the application. Leave the rest of the fields as is and change the Application Name from “My Application” to “Hello World”
Now click on the Next Button.
Leave all of the fields as it is and then click on the next button.
Step 4: Select the Activity
Select Empty Activity and then click on the next button.
Now our Activity name is Main Activity . So Let’s click on the next button.
Now Run the application by click on the run button. You can find it in the top right corner.
Next select an android device or an emulator to run the application.
